1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions apply to any booking made with Entalet Mara Camp, a family-run camp located in the Maasai Mara region of Kenya.

2. Booking

All bookings must be confirmed via email or WhatsApp.
A booking is only considered confirmed upon receipt of a 30% deposit.
The remaining balance is due upon arrival at the camp (cash, M-Pesa, or bank transfer).

3. Rates

Prices are listed in [EUR / USD / KSH] and include:

• Full-board accommodation

• Drinking water
  ➡️ Excursions, safaris, beverages, and park fees are not included unless otherwise stated.

4. Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be communicated in writing (email or WhatsApp).

• Cancellation more than 90 days before arrival: full refund of the deposit.

• Cancellation between 90 and 45 days before arrival: 50% of the total amount is due.

• Cancellation between 45 and 15 days before arrival: 75% of the total amount is due.

• Cancellation less than 15 days before arrival: full payment is required (no refund).

In case of no-show, the full amount of the stay will be charged.

5. Stay Modifications

Date changes may be made subject to availability. Entalet Mara Camp reserves the right to apply rate adjustments based on season and updated pricing.

6. Liability

Guests stay in a natural environment where wild animals are present.
Entalet Mara Camp shall not be held liable for any incidents resulting from failure to follow safety instructions.

7. Insurance

We highly recommend that guests take out comprehensive travel insurance including medical, cancellation, and repatriation coverage before their trip.

8. Respect for the environment and local culture

Guests are required to respect wildlife, nature, and local traditions.
All instructions from guides and staff must be followed at all times for everyone's safety.

9. Data protection

Personal information collected (name, email, phone) is used solely to manage the stay.
We do not share customer data with third parties.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya.
